In our last day in Rome we went to a few cool places. First, on Wednesday, we went to an Roman senator’s house where there were screens that showed us what it would be like in ancient Roman days.
Then, we went to Thanksgiving early with our friend Mr. Karim at his aunt’s house in Rome. They had most of the same food we have in a typical Thanksgiving, but they didn’t have pumpkin pie, and the stuffing had nuts in it so I couldn’t eat it.
The next day, we flew home on two planes. We travelled for a total of 21 hours that day (Thanksgiving day). We arrived in Minneapolis close to 10pm on Thanksgiving evening and headed home.
That’s basically it for this trip. Bye!
